Refund policy
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t - perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you - we’ll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund.
You have up to 15 days to exchange or return items purchased online, in perfect and non-used conditions and in the original “sisters department” plastic bag.
The shipment cost of return is supported by the client. Please send us an email to sistersdepartment@piupiuchick.com with the indication that you want to exchange or return so we can help you with the right sizes and by holding the items you want to change for, for you.
Then please print the return/exchange form and send it together with the items you want to return, and the original invoice, to the following address:

The shipping should have a tracking information. Without that we cannot hold responsible for any item that can get lost.
As soon as we receive the items we will either ship the new ones (with no added shipping cost) or we will issue the refund.
Returns will be made in the same way the payment was done, bank transfer by bank transfer, credit cards and paypal by credit card and paypal also.
